Nature of services

LAC Tech provides financial administration, budgeting assistance, financial organization, and general financial education. LAC Tech is not a bank, registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or investment management firm. We do not provide individualized securities recommendations, investment portfolio management, or custody of client funds. Account administration and payment assistance are available only where appropriately authorized and legally permitted. These disclosures do not replace any licensing or registration that may be required.

Account access & authorization

Clients retain ownership and ultimate control of their accounts. Any access must use the financial institution's approved authorization or delegation process, and must be set out in a signed written service agreement defining permitted activities, transaction limits, and approval requirements. A service agreement alone does not grant access to any financial account. Clients may revoke authorization at any time through their institution and by notifying LAC Tech in writing.

Credentials & client funds

LAC Tech will never require your online banking passwords. We do not accept or hold client deposits, and we do not route client funds through LAC Tech accounts. We do not perform unrestricted transfers, investment trading, or exercise discretionary financial authority.

Ledger add-on

Ledger uses read-only bank connections. Read-only access does not authorize payment initiation or account transfers. The Ledger add-on to Financial Administration carries an additional fee that is quoted separately and disclosed before purchase.

Data handling & privacy

Information you share is used only to provide and administer the services you request. Inquiry submissions are stored securely with restricted staff-only access and are never sold. Do not submit account numbers, passwords, or Social Security numbers through our website forms.

Fees & cancellation

Monthly pricing is personalized and set out in your written proposal and agreement. No pricing is final until approved by LAC Tech. Either party may cancel according to the notice terms in the service agreement; fees for services already performed remain due. Our general Terms & Conditions also apply.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for reviewing statements and summaries, approving payments as required, keeping information current, and promptly reporting errors or unauthorized activity to both their institution and LAC Tech.
