Unsigned Document

Notarial acts are performed in person at our office. Walk-ins are welcome during business hours, or book ahead to guarantee a time.

How much does notarization cost?+
$5.00 per notarial seal. Multi-page or multi-signature documents requiring multiple seals are billed per seal applied.
Can I sign the document before I arrive?+
No. The document must be signed in the presence of the notary. If you already signed it, you may need to reprint and resign it.
Do you offer mobile notary service?+
Yes. Mobile service is available within Clayton County and surrounding areas. Travel fees apply based on distance.
Can you notarize electronically?+
We perform traditional in-person notarization at our office. Remote online notarization is not currently offered.
Do I need to verify my identity online first?+
For faster service, you can start the identity verification process through Stripe before you arrive. It is not required, but it streamlines check-in.
